I went to the restaurant during restaurant week and asked for a table, but was seated at the bar. However, it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The bartender made delicious drinks and I started with a French onion soup that was covered in melted cheese and croutons. Service was wonderful but food wasn't what we expected. I ordered yellowfin tuna special. Apricot sauce could've used more salt and less sweetness, and ahi would have been better if sliced by the chef, my dull knife ruined it. Quality of fish was pretty good though. The ambiance at this restaurant was delightful. It felt cozy, yet not isolating. There was a great vibe and the food was even better. The service was top-notch, just as one would expect from a more upscale establishment. The meal was delicious and the timing of each dish was impeccable.

The food was absolutely excellent! It is on the pricier side but everything was delicious. We ordered the bread, from the bakery next door, as an appetizer. It came warm and toasted with a garlic butter and honey butter. It was so good! It's a bit of a bummer they don't provide you with any bread complimentary, but it was delicious. The Caesar salad is amazing. It comes with 2 croquettes and freshly shredded paemesan cheese. The scallops with lobster and truffle risotto was mouth watering! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the space is great. It's a lovely restaurant we visited on our anniversary and I would absolutely go back.

PS Restaurant is a hidden treasure! We organized a holiday group event there and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, delightful food and drinks, and inviting atmosphere. Silvana and her team ensured that the event was wonderfully enjoyable. Every meal I've had at PS has been excellent; you definitely won't be disappointed!
