I first visited this bakery in 2010, on a stopover from a tour of New Norcia. Back then it didn't look like this nice big cafe. If I can find that photo, I will... read more I first visited this bakery in 2010, on a stopover from a tour of New Norcia. Back then it didn't look like this nice big cafe. If I can find that photo, I will surely post it! Surprisingly, the coffee was great and the bread was excellent! Later on, I read that it really has a great reputation for it's baked goodies. So congratulations that this business has expanded into a cafe. It's a comfortable place to sit down, have some soup, coffee or baked goods before heading off to far places in WA.

They have successfully tackled every challenge that has come their way, and not just successfully, but with integrity as well. It is rare to see such dedication these days. They have listened to feedback, innovated, and consistently exceeded expectations. It is this exceptional level of service that sets them apart from their competitors. By the way, have you tried their French vanilla slices? They are absolutely delicious.
