On this visit, we decided to step outside our usual sele... read more My wife, daughter, and I already knew that Tien was an excellent choice for Asian cuisine on the coast. On this visit, we decided to step outside our usual selections. I ordered the crackling steak, and I can honestly say you will never taste a steak this incredible in your life. The first bite was pure bliss, and the only disappointment came when I had to swallow and finish that bite. My wife and daughter tried a taste of my dish, and my daughter quickly set her plate aside to order the steak for herself. Yes, it's that good! The service and atmosphere were exceptional as always, but I can’t emphasize enough just how amazing this dish was. Hats off to the chef for coming to our table to explain how it’s prepared!

I thought the entrees took a while to come out kitchen. I ordered bulgogi which had great flavor, but was a bit overcooked. Not to tough but dry. I'd order again and ask not to be over cooked and add more sauce. I didn't think our seating area was very clean. I'd eat there again.

He appreciated the effort and is astonished how much he enjoyed it. The wait staff were top notch. Pear martini was excellent. Great view of the water from our table. Wish everyplace could be this good.
