Pretty good! went with my mom around 5 pm on a Saturday and thought it would be a lot busier than it was. after a while of us being there it did get busy so be mindful. lady was nice, not very conversational but very straight to the point and quick. good amount of options: my mom got the ramen with beef which is a pretty small portion and i got the kimchi ramen which was very big and spicy (nothing i couldn’t handle). they also come with 6 different toppings/add ins like kimci, bean sprouts, beef and others that i don’t know the name of for free. food came around 20-30 min after ordering, so not very long. we both enjoyed our food very much and will be coming back soon!
Worth the wait. The egg drop soup, Cham Pong and Yuk Gae Jang were all delicious. Thank you Pomi for your diligent service during an extremely busy Saturday!
There are only two Korean restaurants I know of in the gulf and this is one of them. As someone raised by a Korean mother, I can vouch that the food here is authentic and made like how all Korean mothers would cook for their family. It’s a cozy taste of home.
It 's a no-frills hidden gem. Sometimes there 's a slight language barrier. The food and beer is a bit pricey. BUT...it 's clean and delicious enough to still earn 5 stars. I 'm not Korean so if something isn 't authentic here, I wouldn 't know. I am anexperienced foodie though, and my taste buds approve of the spicy bulgogi, dumplings, and a few other things I cannot pronounce. This is my comfort food place.
Great Korean food and very friendly staff! The spicy beef Bulgogi is the best I've had in the U.S. and the fried dumplings are excellent as well. My wife is a vegetarian and always orders the stir-fried vegetables, and when you dine in, the food comeswith a free assortment of different kimchi. Very reasonable prices and good portions of everything I've tried so far. The onlydownsides are that the dining room is relatively small and they can get very busy, especially on weekdays at lunch. But the food is definitely worth it, even when there is a wait.
