What User doesn't like about Biloela Apollo Motel:
The last time I stayed at the Apollo, it was September 1991 and not a lot has changed. This time I stayed in room 16. Although the TV, bed and wardrobe are reasonably new, the whole vibe of the place certainly took me back in time. I didn't eat at the restaurant this time, so I can't comment on that. Overall I am happy with my 2 night stay but for $115/night, I thought the room could do with a re-vamp in fact, the en... View all feedback.
The restaurant is located in an old motel that looks a little rundown from the outside, but the inside is quite charming. Unfortunately, most of the breakfast items were past their expiration date, some as old as two years. Some of the jams were dated May and the vegemites were dated February. It's worth noting that the rooms vary in size, so it's best to request one of the larger standard rooms. Some rooms are noisy due to loud neighbors and barking dogs. The food was average, with the seafood basket being overly fried and dry, and the calamari tasting like it came from a frozen box. The spaghetti was dry and lacking sauce, and overall, there was not a single meal that stood out as particularly good. However, the staff provided excellent service with cheerful faces and strong customer service skills. Unfortunately, the free internet was consistently down during my stay. Overall, I was assigned to stay at this motel by my employer and would not choose to stay here again.
We stayed at this very clean and comfortable motel for two nights. It was quiet and had nice amenities. Although we didn't eat at the motel, we visited the local village by going to Bilo. The motel has a swimming pool and barbecue area with tables and chairs outside the rooms for relaxing with a drink in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again.

The last time I stayed in the apollo, it was september and not much has changed. this time I stayed in the room although the television, the bed and the wardrobe are quite new, took the whole mood of the place safely back. If I didn't eat this time in the restaurant, I can't comment. overall I am happy with my night stay, but for I thought that the room could do with a re-vast in the did, the whole complex needs a facelift. the more pure must pay more attention to the build-up of dust to the place. like on the night tables, lamps and window shutters etc. Other guests on a party I participated in said their room looked like it had a new upgrade, so maybe my next visit will see an improvement.
