Today I wanted to drop off a Chronopost package at this location indicated as a relay point. I already had to wait a good five minutes before someone came behin... read more Today I wanted to drop off a Chronopost package at this location indicated as a relay point. I already had to wait a good five minutes before someone came behind the counter. The boss arrives, I explain to her that I am coming to drop off a package and hand over my receipt in order to obtain the stamp in the location provided for the proof of posting stamp. The latter retorts that it is out of the question for her to apply her stamp because she doesn't only have that business and she already has enough work. I would like to point out that there were no customers in the bar. I explain to her that I need proof of deposit and then she literally throws the package in my face and kicks me out! I still had time to tell him that his reputation was indeed beyond repair given what I had heard about him. I therefore forwarded the information to Chronopost in the hope that it will be removed from the parcel relay depots. Unacceptable to be treated like this.

The staff prefers to chat with their customers instead of serving you, especially when you come to collect a package. Rude, unfriendly staff and no apology when your package falls in front of you. I strongly advise against it.
