The person working there seems incredibly unhappy and beaten down. *sarcasm* They clearly don’t enjoy their job, and it shows. There’s no friendly “good morning” or “have a great day,” even though it’s just 5 o’clock. They could definitely benefit from hiring someone better. View all feedback.
I give this restaurant a solid 5 stars because the staff was incredibly cheerful and friendly. However, I did order the tomato hummus, and when I opened the box to eat it, I found that they forgot to include any tomato slices. #tomatolessinBillerica #tryingnottoKaren
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was informed that their credit card machine was down and that I would need to come inside. I asked the employee why she couldn't just walk the six feet to the terminal, and she said it was because she didn’t want to. I won't be returning, especially since there were two other employees just standing around.

Drive thru on 4/7/22 Order 1 Hot Tea 3 cream 3 sugars. Pay woth gift card drive off. Took 1 sip it was WRONG ! Label stated 3 3 drove back asked for person in charge. She poped of lid seen it was BLACK ONLY She seen the LABLE just shook her head focef it. NOBODY CARES at This DUNKIN
I have been in Texas the last 3 years, and Dunkin' Donuts doesn't exist down there. I had been craving a bacon egg and cheese on everything and med ice black for a while now. Let me tell ya, this dunks is the best in town. Bacons always cooked through, foods always quick, staff is always nice. Feels great to be back in Billerica and see a chain store like this one, still operate like a local ma pa shop that makes sure your order is right and delicious. I don't usually review fast food, but this place deserves the shout out
