After waiting about 45 minutes for our meals (and the restaurant was only half full), my 'medium' steak arrived looking and tasting as if it had been overcooked... read more After waiting about 45 minutes for our meals (and the restaurant was only half full), my 'medium' steak arrived looking and tasting as if it had been overcooked to a crisp. The mushroom sauce resembled cheap packet gravy with just a couple of mushrooms mixed in, and it had no flavor whatsoever. Another diner ordered a burger and fries, which we noticed sitting in the warmer for 15 minutes before being served alongside my charred steak. The third dish, salmon, had an overcooked creamy sauce that had separated. We also saw the table next to us encounter issues with their meals. Yes, we should have sent our dishes back, but by that point, it was getting late, and we just wanted to eat and enjoy the rest of our holiday. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed, especially considering the amount we paid.
