My partner ordred Calamares, and I ordered Cheese (Manchego), he had his early enough but I had to wait for ages to get my food, result we did not eat together. When we asked for the bill it was wrong they had added some additional pintxos that came from nowhere. When I went to pay, the waiter was going to make me wait still, but I said I had to leave, I think he got the message, and attended me straight away. Obviously I did not give any tip with an experience like this.

Whilst drinking these, I asked the others what is the name of this bar? When they told me I realised we were at the bar I had chosen as my favourite when planning this trip. All of the good elements in previous reviews were apparent in this visit, full of locals, atmospheric, excellent beer etc. The bad elements, basically one bad element, were not apparent, namely I didn 't feel welcome . On the contrary we felt very welcome with the barman bringing our drinks out to us and everything done with a smile. I look forward to further visits.

Prices are higher t... read more This pinxtos bar is definitely history. When you enter you can see it’s a mess, tables are not cleaned and staff is only behind the counter. Prices are higher than other bars and the quality is poor, sometimes even miserable. Never ever again!
