I didn't try the croquettes pintxo, which seems to be the specificity. but what I tried seemed to be a little stylistic about substance. I had a spicy sausage packed in baked with sweet chilli sauce. it looked very good on the theke, but all I could taste was the spiciness of the chili sauce that I thought out was added to so large amounts to mask the people who notice that it had gone cold on the theke sitting.
