Perfect end of an long day walking.

We noticed an important English menu and stayed til t... read more Dropped into this bar in a Friday at 6:30pm for a glass of white wine The service was prompt and friendly. We noticed an important English menu and stayed til the kitchen opened at 7pm The wine both Red and White were perfect for our tastes. We managed to get a seat at a table in their dining area for dinner, and ordered some lovely lamb skewers and grilled vegetables We stayed for desert which to be honest were just average. But the whole experience was fantastic. The female bar staff (possibly an owner) was friendly and accommodating. The male server was friendly And attentive to our needs He made a show of pouring our wine and made us feel welcome We enjoyed the experience so much we tried to get in the next day (Sat) for lunch but they were so popular we could not get close It was also economical
