The Fork website let us plan an 8:00 clock reservation, but the location is not really open until 8:30 clock. they were nice enough to apologize that we are not... read more The Fork website let us plan an 8:00 clock reservation, but the location is not really open until 8:30 clock. they were nice enough to apologize that we are not in a position to us with a few free glasses wein while we waited. the food was fantastic, but our order was a little messed up: we ordered 4 ham and 4 cheese croquettes, but they brought 8 cheese croquettes. they recognized their mistakes and tried to fix it, but accidentally sent another 4 cheese croquettes (which we could not finish because we already started eating enough and did not want to be full before our escapes arrived.) unfortunately we had no chance to try the croquettes. the server was attentive and very courteous. and the escapes were fantastic, especially the hake with salsa verde, the steak with food and kartoffel, and the absorbent verde.
