I will crave their ‘Torre’ sandwich for the rest of my life. It is a little gem made with fresh traditional bread, mayonnaise, anchovies, lettuce and a secret sauce( made with peppers or an other kind of pimientos I suspect). Double deck. To die for. The other sandwich I tried is the traditional triangulo( ham, mayo, lettuce) really fresh and filling. Really good selection of local wine but if you are not in the mood for drinking order a ‘mosto’: a refreshing alcohol free grape juice served with ice and a olive.

I have a mixed feeling about the famous sandwiches. I tried them both they are tasty but on another hand it’s not some blowmind sandwich I would eat very often. The personal were very polite, friendly and they spoke good English so that I can compliment.

I like to go to Bar M , because its sandwich continue being as delicious as the day I knew it. The bread slice is large and tender, the York ham succulent and thick, the lettuce is very fresh and the mayonnaise very soft. All of them are ingredients of high quality and in this way it is very difficult being wrong. The most complicated is create a singular product, which it is inimitable and that the public says I like it , day after day. And this purpose got it the great grandfather Emeterio in 1950 when he created the Secret Sauce of the M , with tomato, pepper, anchovy...and other ingredients, but with personal touch of the creator that it has become inimitable until today.
