Colombo Restaurante - Bilbao

Last weekend we were a dinner without children. We decided to stay in bilbao and we found the restaurant collombo, in arias. a modern restaurant, in which we find a very pleasant treatment, attentive and fluid service. food is international, rations are great, in fact we share to try more dishes. the atmosphere is phenomal, inspired by a vittage library, with seasonal airs and pleasant music. the price is medium for a restaurant but to this in its price of quality measurement. we will return.

An elegant establishment to take someone! I would have had to see a little more quality in the food the only one.

Beautiful place, with an aesthetic between indotrial and classic, very well decorated. There were only two bartenders for the whole restaurant and they were a little overwhelmed. the amount in the tickets seemed somewhat scarce, we asked for two tickets for 3 people, fried eggplant and grilled vegetables in idiazabal cream (which didn't seem too much). the main dish, mushroom risotto with triguerous asparagus, the quantity was adequate and the drop also, although a point comes that packs a little. We ask for red fruit of mascarpone cake, the amount of maja and the presentation of 10! I think it could come back, the letter is very extensive and the local is nice, although it would try other things from the letter.

The very good and sorcery food has served us wonderfully!
