I've got a good kick with the meat as I asked for, the intertwine at the point doesn't fail.

Iberic mountaineers (and also beautiful) of this place are legendary, obligatory stop on a route by ledesma. always with good attention, use first-class genre, even the bread bake it right there as needed. galaxy star and good wine charter. what do you expect?

You looking for new cuisine and excluded taste, then this is not your place. You want to eat traditional Basque food, that they eat every week, made with the best ingredients and accompanied by the best wines? This is it. It a place with more than 50 years of history, place for local to enjoy a drink after work, eat lunch everyday, close deals with customers, etc... Bankers, politicians, Carpenters, young students, etc... Everyone goes. My recommendation: Local white (txakoli) with anchovies. Then, if you like spicy, little snack of Tunna with Alegria Riojana (Spicy pepper from la Rioja). Red goes with Spanish Ham (ration might seem expensive but, quality is worth it). End: cheese. Hope you enjoy.
