I have enjoyed the food here before but tonight, the place is packed and I am merely observing and appreciating the people that work here. If I owned a restaurant (again), these are the people I’d want working for me.

In fact, we ended up having that for breakfast instead of going to the brunch as previously planned b/c it was so delicious. The blt I ordered was meh (the reason for four stars versus five stars), but the fries and coleslaw that came with it was too notch!
