Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered... read more As a 5-star Airbnb host, it is important that everything in the unit is in working order and connected correctly. Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered several issues. The deep freezer had ice in the dishes as if it had been there for months, and the kitchen sink was backed up with pipes marked incorrectly. The master bathroom did not rinse properly and had a leaky flap valve causing the toilet to run constantly at night. Additionally, the sink in the master bathroom had a faulty drain plug and all hand towels were soaked underneath. The drapes in the living room were also a problem as they were hung too high to be opened properly and posed a fire hazard by hanging on a heating unit. The washing machine and dryer were inadequate, with wet hands sticking to the detergent cups and a clogged vent causing laundry to take all day to dry. Overall, attention to detail was lacking and for the price charged for cleaning, these issues were disappointing.

However, the carpet was no longer plush, beds hard, missin... read more The room was completely out dated. Sure it had some nice amenities of a kitchen and washer and dryer. However, the carpet was no longer plush, beds hard, missing drapes, locks not working, etc. It was made clear by someone who worked there that the unit we were given was vandalized by a prior guest. Why we were given that particular unit with all the other units available I have no clue. We saw maybe 3 or 4 other cars present. The warm water from the faucets was nice at the end of the day. I would stay elsewhere. Also we are part of the RCI membership and this was our 2nd experience, very disappointed.

Very nice room 140) in courtyard steps from the hot tub. Staff were very friendly.
