Best McDs in Wise co. They might get busy but the customer service here is by far better then mcds in wise. I drive to Big stone from Norton each time. Staff and managers are super nice. Would highly recommend. Thanks and ur appreciated for everything you do for the customers. ?? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The McDonald's in Big Stone Gap,VA is not a good place to get food. They say breakfast all day and when we went through the drive thru it went a few minutes to 11:00 we started ordering the breakfast and they changed the menu right after we started ordering and then said that it no longer serves breakfast. It was dirty and low for someone to have breakfast all day. Never. You have a good COSTERMER TODAY. View all feedback.
Excellent service in the Drive-Thru. Good food, too.
A very good service. They put two lower rolls as my sandwich. The food was cold. You forgot my sauce as normal. Then I'll call the manager. Painful.
They don't get the order right very often. I have gotten a severely undercooked chicken sandwich 3 times in the last few months. The tea is great. I order unsweet. Sometimes they give me sweet anyway. There cookies are great. I love the McRib.

I've been sitting here for almost 20 minutes. not to mention that they get our order almost any daring time. Step, manager.
