We reserved a ribeye for 2 people over the phone well in advance to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, they told us that they had sold all the T-bone steaks... read more We reserved a ribeye for 2 people over the phone well in advance to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, they told us that they had sold all the T-bone steaks the day before and that they had neither T-bone steak nor entrecote left. They apologized to us several times, although it seemed out of place for them to tell us that other times they have booked and then they have not come or that they could not paint more ribeyes , which seemed to us to be quite far from genuinely accepting their mistake . They also showed no interest in compensating us in any way. We ordered a menu of the day which was good. Then they told us that they invited us to coffee because of the problem with the T-bone steaks.
