They offered us gazpacho, escalivada, leek with vinaigrette, and vegetable noodles. For dessert, they had melon with coconut mousse and fruit sorbets. They didn't have vegan milk. The food was good, but there were no protein options. The service was excellent, and there is a baby changing table available.

For dessert they offer melon with coconut and mint mousse or homemade sorbets. The food is very good and the service is attentive. But it is essential to book in advance, otherwise there are no vegan options available.

I was welcomed incredibly friendly and we made do with my limited Spanish I decided not to take the tasting menu and, while the menu dishes looked great at the other tables, I did not regret any of my choices. The trout ceviche recommended by my waiter was on point citrusy, delicate, a delight and the boneless lamb and its sauce left me with the desire to lick my plate. Due to the enjoyment, this restaurant becomes one of the reasons that lead us to visit the Valle de Tena in the near future. And yes, five stars, short for attention, restoration and atmosphere.
