Super friendly, fast and thorough employees who, unlike some other Bielefeld subways, do not make mistakes in ordering, or you need to repeat 5 times what you want, and then still observe that not the wrong ingredients land on the sub. The lobby is shared with Burger King who wasn't as amazing, but you can't complain about cleanliness. Only the trays could be emptied more regularly. Hat from to the staff selection! However, I am somewhat disappointed, as at the Google opening hours until 23:00 (Fr & Sa) and on the official Facebook page of the Subway Jahnplatz Forum is open until 01:00. I just went to the city and stood at 21:50 before 3 closed entrances to the Jahnplatz Forum. Either I'm really too stupid or the opening hours are extremely bad. That's not a shame! The shop itself is very nice and the staff friendly, quick and attentive. However, I am a little disappointed because the Google opening hours are until 11 p.m. (Fri and Sat) and the official Facebook page of the Subway Jahnplatz Forum is open until 1 a.m. I just drove into town especially for it and stood at 21:50 in front of 3 closed entrances to the Jahnplatz forum. Either I am really too stupid or the opening times are advertised extremely incorrectly. It shouldn't be like that too bad!
