With me, you have a guest who really pays attention to the little things, like hygiene, friendliness, ambiance, etc. If you haven't eaten here yet, you're really missing out! Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the chef, or rat... read more We were a group of nine people and were looking forward to a cozy evening at the restaurant. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the chef, or rather, pizza maker, was ill. Instead of temporarily closing the restaurant or offering a limited but fresh alternative, we were served pre-made pizza bases with individual toppings. The taste was disappointing – the pizzas bore no resemblance to what you would expect in a restaurant. The base was sticky, the toppings unconvincing. I personally ate the worst pizza of my life there. For a restaurant that specializes in pizza, this is unfortunately completely unacceptable. Especially since the prices remained the same. My child was served pre-made pasta for a hefty price instead of fresh pasta. I understand that to be a different story. We felt cheated.
