Simply delicious! The sushi, in particular, is really delicious
We ordered crispy duck there, which was anything but crispy. It was tough, gristly, and wobbly. The rice and noodles were bland, and there were almost no vegetables in them. After we complained, they took the food back and then even complained that we wouldn 't return the drinks because we had already opened the cans. I found the food and service simply abysmal. And on top of that, it was completely overpriced.

Unfortunately, the crispy duck I ordered was very dry, tough, soft, and gristly—the exact opposite of crispy and delicious. It seemed as if the meat had simply been reheated (the consistency and flavor speak for themselves), whereas the noodles and rice arrived piping hot. Unfortunately, the noodles were also very dry and barely seasoned, and the rice contained virtually no vegetables and was also barely seasoned. When I called, a lady told me that a driver would come and pick up the food and we would get a refund (which was correct and customer-friendly). Unfortunately, the driver tried to justify the inferior quality on the spot instead of apologizing and promising to do better next time. He argued that the crates and the long journey meant it was normal for the food to cool down like that. But then you 'll need different crates, I 'm sorry. Other restaurants manage to deliver their food warm, but anything warmed up never arrives warm, no matter what container it 's in. On top of that, he also demanded the return of the already opened cans of drinks, which we had, of course, opened right at the beginning of the meal (in keeping with the meal). I think, in normal circumstances, one could say, We 're sorry, as an apology, please keep the drinks and we 'll be even more careful next time. Instead, he considered it, and I offered to take the opened cans with him, but he declined. It 's a shame, because €41 for such a mess is really a lot. The service star is awarded for accepting the complaint.

The delivery was unviolent and the after delivery came after 60 instead of announced 30-45 minutes.
Eating has been good and also actually hot. Reading time and maintaining confirmed delivery time has never worked up yet and when you are calling the employees are really unfriendly and revalued.
