I wouldn't recommend bri... read more I'm giving Panera Bread 3 stars because the food is good, but the girl at the counter appeared to be handling all the tasks on her own. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids here since there were several teenagers in the back being loud and using inappropriate language. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. Unfortunately, this seems to be becoming common, as many young people today (ages 16-22) seem unwilling to put in effort.

On top of that, I never rec... read more This was by far my worst experience at Panera Bread. I had to repeat my order five times because the cashier couldn’t understand me. On top of that, I never received a buzzer for my order and ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. When my grilled cheese finally arrived, it still had the wax paper between the slices attached.

The cashier, Jessica, initially didn’t quite understand my order, but she quickly got us on the same page! The wait time was reasonable. Keep in mind that not all Paneras serve hot food, but my soup was hot enough to enjoy all the way back to my hotel in South Portland!

My orde... read more I recently had to order delivery from Panera, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. I usually think of the restaurant as decent and sufficient. My order through Uber Eats arrived on time and was nicely packaged, but the food quality was quite disappointing. It was poorly prepared and not satisfying at all. I don't get the hype around this place; it doesn't seem to live up to what you'd expect from an upscale fast food restaurant.
