Have stopped here passing through Biddo a few times and will be finding another place to stop from now on. Experienced rude staff and poor food quality. Long waits at the window for a toasted bagel that was luke warm at best, and coffee/lattes thattaste burnt. Also, can we talk about how they don?t even carry powdered donuts?!
This is the slowest Dunkin' I've ever visited! There were only three cars in front of me, and it took a full 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Once we reached the speaker, it took another 10 minutes for someone to even greet us. The service was terrible!
For some reason, they always seem to mess up my order. No matter how simple my request is, they find a way to get it wrong. I really don’t understand why making a coffee the way I ask is so challenging—after all, it’s a coffee shop. Today was the third time in a row that my coffee order was incorrect, and I am truly disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts. They frequently mix up orders, and when you ask them to fix it, they give you a look as if you’re the one to blame. All I want is what I’ve paid for. Sometimes I feel like saying to the employees, "How about you give me money for what you want, and I’ll just take whatever I want instead?" This experience has left me quite dissatisfied. If anyone is reading this, I strongly recommend avoiding this Dunkin’ Donuts and looking for a different location.
I would give zero stars for the service I received this morning (February 28th at 10:20 AM). There was absolutely no customer service—just an attitude the moment the employee approached the window. My coffee order was taken down incorrectly, and when I returned it because it was wrong, the employee's attitude escalated. I ordered four donuts but was only given one. When we mentioned it, a woman named Buffy told a coworker to handle it before threatening to throw the donut at him. She then yelled at us, "Don't come back!" I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect from this location, especially since I visit often.
