It seems that mo... read more This Dunkin' Donuts is located inside Walmart. If you're in need of a drive-thru window, this particular DD may not be the best option for you. It seems that most of their customers are shoppers who grab a coffee on their way in or out. Unfortunately, this DD is not very clean. The floors and tables appear to be in need of a good wipe down. I wouldn't recommend choosing this DD for a sit-down, relaxing coffee experience. The counter service is decent, but overall, the cleanliness of the establishment could use some improvement.

However, recently I have notic... read more I used to love coming to this restaurant because it's quiet and some of the staff, including the girls and manager, are friendly. However, recently I have noticed that a waitress named Brandi has been very rude. She has been giving me and my 5 coworkers dirty looks. Last week, when I went in alone and ordered a coffee, it tasted horrible so I asked another lady to make it and it was great. It seems like Brandi is not the kind of person I would want working for me. She is quite immature and made fun of a disabled teen in front of us. I felt really bad for him. I can't believe the audacity of this woman. As we were leaving, she commented on my shirt and then I heard her laughing and telling someone that I'm actually ugly and so is my shirt. While it may not matter much, I am surprised that Dunkin Donuts would hire someone like Brandi. Something needs to be done or this restaurant will lose more than just me as a customer. For every 5 people I tell, they will tell more and more people not to come here. I am disappointed.
