Bring back the meatloaf ribs and baked beans, that stuff is easy to make ahead and reheat. I have faith you will find the staff needed to bring Blaze back to its former glory. Precook the loaf ribs and and beans and warm them in the pizza oven to order!!!!! Boom done

This location is ideal to see the falls but the personality of the staff and the food are lacking. Never had such dry, overcooked tacos in my life! When we asked for sauce the only had hot sauce. They said the steak was marinated-with what? Sawdust? Terrible!!! And I'll eat almost anything! Go for the beer and the view.

That burger was a disappointment. Overcooked local meat just made for a sad dry patty. The pizza looks yummy though.The beer is good? Too many adjuncts/IPAs not a lot to say in the way of traditional styles.

Absolute perfect respite on rainy day. We stopped in for a few pours, some cans to take home and a pickled veggie plate. Let me tell you something; pickled veggies might be my new favorite snack after having their platter. Beers were excellent, vibe was relaxed and cool. Service was on point. Can't wait to come back!

If you're looking for great beers a bit outside of Portland, Blaze is worth the drive! First, the beers were great. They had an outstanding pastry sour and brown ale on draft, as well as a handful of really good IPAs and stouts. Second, I loved sitting next to an open window through which we could see the magnificent river and feel its spray. Third, the beertender was cool, and I appreciated the tailored service. I would definitely return if I am ever in the area again!
