Sebastian’s is a lovely nook of a restaurant near the university Family owned and staffed we liked the sizzling sisig which was very crispy the way I like it can add egg on top and sili as you like the crispy fried chicken is delicious as is the seafood which includes Tuna and Marlin the restaurant is clean but has very little and simple decor you come here for the food prices are very economical Service: Dine in View all feedback.
