It is located within the airport area but not directly attached to the main building, so it's best to visit before going through security if you have time. We arrived early in the morning around 5am, a few hours before our domestic flight, so the restaurant was not too busy yet. We all ordered some form of the traditional Filipino egg breakfast (egg, rice, protein) with each plate costing less than $3 when converted from PHP. The portions of my Tocilog (Tocino or sweetened cured pork, Fried Rice, Egg) were filling for the morning, and everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. The space inside the restaurant is a bit cramped, especially if you have bags, but it is clean and has plenty of tables. Additionally, they sell a variety of local products (Pili nuts, polvoron, etc.) in case you want to purchase more Pasalubong or souvenir gifts. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience here. 3.75 stars.
