Dirty, bin overflowing, no sugar, long queue, really slow staff and had to get another coffee made as the first tasted like just milk. Today I been served at this Costa coffee shop by a very nice and friendly man, who's name I forgot to ask I ordered my usual coffee with single shot of espresso . When I tried coffee it was still too strong for me. So I went back told him everything and he made me another one. I want to say BIG THANKS TO HIM again, I really enjoyed the second one!
