The spare ribs and pork ribs were very tough, and the Hard Buz Burger was very, very dry. Unfortunately, the sauces didn't help either. The service was very friendly, and as I said, the ambiance and the restaurant were great and very clean. Update: October 19, 2025: We gave Hard Buz another chance and were pleasantly surprised! The burgers now have much more flavor, and the selection has generally improved! The food was quite good.

We waited a bit, but that was understandable given the size of our order. Highly recommended if you're in Bibione for a vacation. Excellent location.
