Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedingungen. Da wir uns seit längerer Zei vegan ernähren waren wir sehr dankbar als uns ein mega Steinpilrisotto serviert wurde . Frisch und vegan. Bravo auch der Salat zur Vorspeise war frischdanke.

Upon arrival, one is greeted by an inviting exterior, with outdoor seating options for those who prefer to enjoy the weather. Although my arrival time was always after the meal, the air was always filled with appetizing aromas from other customers' dishes, a tempting promise of what the menu had to offer. In addition to the charm of the place, the service is another strong point. The staff are always friendly, smiling and attentive, contributing to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Although I have not yet had the opportunity to try their cuisine, the cocktails and aperitifs offered have always been of a high standard, accompanied by a fair and honest bill. Ultimately, the Touring Restaurant in Biasca is a place worth visiting, both for a simple aperitif and for a complete dinner. Can't wait to go back and try their cuisine. Well deserved five stars!
