It's a small place, not much seating capacity but if you get 1 then GRAB it with both hands...you won't regret.Place is an absolute delight for Non veggies like me.Apricot Mutton is a must try, that was the best mutton I ever had...less spicy, delicious gravy and well cooked mutton.Mango chicken is also good View all feedback.

The restaurant changed locations and there is no roof. However is it right next to the Delay Lama temple and the decor is very different from the usual fare in McLeod. We loved the paneer pagoda and were less impressed with the local tally.
The special Himachali Thali is absolutely lovely and worth trying. You can share it with another if you aren't that hungry too. At a price as less as 200 rupees, it's perfect. The owner is an widlife photography enthusiast and has displayed numerous pictures with their explanations in vivid detail.
Thus place is on temple road and serves one of the best thali's around.a five ???? for himachali thali and lemonade that refreshes you after a ling day of sight seeing
We went here on a recommendation and were very happy. We went to Moonpeak Thali for lunch. I ordered the non-veg Himachali Thali whereas B ordered the veg Himachali Thali. My thali had a mutton dish (and a veg dish was deducted) but that was probably the only difference in the two. The food was tasty and presented really nicely in brass thalis. We were very happy with the food. Although, the price was a bit steep. This was the most expensive meal we had in McLeodganj and in total it cost us INR 650-700.
