I might have tried this restaurant several times to get a positive opinion, I'm still not satisfied. Being an unconditional sushi fan, I don't think quality is at the rendezvous. many times, the tuna is brown/gris, doubting the freshness of the fish, the fatty salmon, sometimes it remains skin and stops in the sashimis. Service a little long. disappointment about sushi: rice too cooked, (too much water during cooking ) and pasty in the mouth! the skewers too salty but fortunately the manager was very professional!
Very good Japanese restaurant. The dishes are good and copyy. Children's menus are very good. the staff is pleasant and the service is efficient.
I know this place since the opening. service is always fast and smiling. but prices for rice-based dishes have gone away. The quantities have decreased. The finish is neglected. For example before there were sesame seeds in the salad, they disappeared. It's a shame, beziers is a small town, customers must be shocked to come back in the low season. Obviously, management does not take it into account.
Excellent meal, I took a salmon chirashi with soup and salad for 14 euros. The fish was really delicious, and the rest was delicious. On the other hand, there was perhaps not enough in quantity. Too bad, but I'll definitely go back.
