Papadam - Bexley

Waited 2 hours for the order they accepted and took my money for, called numerous times and got no response. Eventually drove down to the restaurant and it was closed for refurbishment. Really disappointed

We decided to order from this restaurant on a busy Saturday night, despite not having ordered from them before. The staff reached out to us just before our food was due to arrive to inform us that it would be a little delayed and to apologize for the inconvenience. This proactive communication was greatly appreciated, as most places would have simply waited for us to inquire about the delay. The food arrived only 10 minutes late and was still piping hot, demonstrating the effort put into maintaining quality. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very reasonable. The flavors were excellent and the meal was satisfying, leaving us with plenty of leftovers. The delivery driver, who was directly from the restaurant and not a third-party service like UberEats or Just Eat, also apologized for the delay. Overall, we were pleased with our decision to try out this new restaurant and have confidence in their ability to handle any issues professionally.

This is the top Indian restaurant in Sidcup! The food and service are excellent. The only downside is that they always seem to run out of cold bottles of Kingfisher!

Had a really tasty meal, freshly cooked meal. Good value I thought too. The service was prompt and cheerful.

We had an amazing experience with Papadam catering for our party last night. The food was delicious and arrived on time, hot and ready to enjoy. Raj was very helpful in suggesting the best dishes and provided all the necessary serving dishes and heating devices. Our guests were very impressed with the quality of the food. If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you should definitely give it a try. Papadam stands out from the other Indian restaurants we've tried. If you need catering for any occasion, these guys will not disappoint.
