The person that took my order was dismissive and rude. She then laughed along with her colleagues at me, because they found it hilarious that they could not understand me. She barley spoke English, and laughed at me!!! Got home and the 6pc bucket had 4 small wing bits and 2 thighs Chips were stale as....!!! So disappointed Call then they don’t answer. So disappointing Ordered as a special treat. Only half the order turned up. Tried ringing , but someone kept cutting the phone off so no answer. Online chat was told we could have a part refund in the form of money off the next order?! This is not good enough. We want our dinner ! If we re order we’d have to pay all the service charge plus delivery fee a second time. It’s not on My hubby is starving
The service was poor and the toilets disgusting. Clearly havent been cleaned in a long time.
Not impressed to find my order wasn't complete and I've been calling for 2 days to sort it out but no one answers the phone then it cuts me off, a lot of wasted time, answer your phone or in the future get the order right so people don't have to call!

I usually do not write reviews for KFC, but I have had multiple issues with the food here. During my latest visit, I ordered a bargain bucket and was disappointed to find only about 12 chips in the portion. The chicken strips were incomplete and missing some coating. The beans portion was minimal, barely a spoonful, and the pot appeared to be mostly empty. Bargain buckets typically contain cheaper cuts of chicken like legs and thigh, so you rarely get any breast meat.
