I visited the KFC welling to order my food, what a shambles this RESTURANT has become allowing unruley school kids to use as a local meeting point vapeing shout... read more I visited the KFC welling to order my food, what a shambles this RESTURANT has become allowing unruley school kids to use as a local meeting point vapeing shouting and being unruly I had to get out and leave with my food I could not stand it this is the second time first time school kids,climbing all over the tables shouting screaming. Which I report first time seems nothing has been done about this,very terrible that KFC welling management are allowing this to happen I will be reporting this to there head office this needs to be sorted out and stop allowing this RESTAURANT to be used as a meeting point for kids , you should be allowed to sit and eat your food and not have to put up with unruly school kids I will be reporting this to there head office and also I hope this review is read by KFC manager and act on this restutant because its become a shambles very terrible experience when it should not be !! SORT THIS RESTURANT OUT THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE

I walked in fancied a chicken Zinger tower there was no One at the counter serving . Then A young girl appeared from the back …! From the time that happened a gentleman With a child walked in and walked straight up to the counter … the server than proceeded to take the gentleman’s order .. i interrupted and told her that I and a young lady that was waiting Before him needed to be served first ! I would not have bothered Writing this review if it wasn’t For What Happened next was given My meal that consisted of Zinger tower burger and a small bucket Of barbecued chicken bites As I was biting into a chicken Bite I pulled out from my mouth A long black hair it turned my stomach I know this can happen And its unfortunate it happened To them today ! It was not until I told the girl at the counter Who subsequently seemed to be Very suspicious of my complaint I went and sat down and finished the zinger tower at that point I watched someone come from the kitchen and asked her what happened they both seemed to have Found it very funny !!! calling me from Across the shop floor she did offer a replacement Box of bites with a wave of a finger I refused !! I then got up Went to counter she offered no apologies nothing !!! No idea about customer service Hair in my food is why I’m writing Due care and attention there is none KFC always offers good fast food Not necessarily good service

Terrible service, missing items, cold food. Staff were rude, waited 10 mins to be served when it wasn't even busy. Food came quick but missing the popcorn chick... read more Terrible service, missing items, cold food. Staff were rude, waited 10 mins to be served when it wasn't even busy. Food came quick but missing the popcorn chicken, 2x wings and the gravey. Luckily I had checked before I left otherwise I wouldn't have noticed and gotten home and found them missing and couldn't do anything. Had to reheat chicken in microwave because ALL of it was cold. Even the chips. The chicken that came with the box meal tasted a day old and the pot of dip for one of our meals was missing also. Not going to go back here as even after I tried to resolve the missing items issue at the counter they didn't even apologise for missing them. Not going to lie this is probably the worst service I have had. Thank you.

During my latest visit, I ordered a bargain bucket and was disappointed to find only about 12 chips in the portion. The chicken strips were incomplete and missing some coating. The beans portion was minimal, barely a spoonful, and the pot appeared to be mostly empty. Bargain buckets typically contain cheaper cuts of chicken like legs and thigh, so you rarely get any breast meat.
