I now fed up with the incompetents of this store they need to get there act together what is the point of ordering when then can't even get it right!!! Even though the bag had surposely had a check and sealed label on it!!!! This store seroiusley needs to get there act together!!!! I'm. Tired of haveing to complain!!! Really not impressed with this store its a shambles!!!! Sorry!!!

Money was deducted straight away from my account, order placed and was going to be with us at 19:05, ok great. 19:05 came and went, I checked my just eat app and it said we are trying to find a driver, food will be with you at 19:15, ok fine not a problem. 1 hour and a half later, 3 phone calls to Just eat customer service and no food and only a part refund has gone into my account. First phone call to Just eat customer service resulted in being told my food was on the way, first lie. 20 mins later during my second phone call to customer service my app changed quickly from waiting for driver to delivered within seconds. Second lie, no food was delivered. Customer service then tried too call kfc many times, but no one bothered to answer the phone. Customer service rang me back and said all she can do is cancel my order and refund me minus my delivery fee and it will be in my account in 5-7 days. I replied this is unacceptable as my kids and myself (pregnant) have no dinner now and kfc/ just eat have taken my money and not provided any food. I was then told my full refund will be in my account within 10-15 mins. Guess what, only half the money went back into my account and I was charged £18 for cancelling. Hence the reason for the third phone call to just eat, resulting in a promise of the full refund but still, no full refund. I’ve learnt my lesson, I will never order from KFC in Welling again or use Just eat again and I urge you all to do the same!

During my latest visit, I ordered a bargain bucket and was disappointed to find only about 12 chips in the portion. The chicken strips were incomplete and missing some coating. The beans portion was minimal, barely a spoonful, and the pot appeared to be mostly empty. Bargain buckets typically contain cheaper cuts of chicken like legs and thigh, so you rarely get any breast meat.
