The cheddar broccoli soup was fresh and complemented the Black Forest ham sub I ordered. It was a delightful meal.
I stopped by today when the place was empty. There was one staff member working who took a few minutes to finish up with a sandwich before attending to me—likely a phone order, I guessed. She took her time making my sandwiches, but I have to say they were both really good. It took about 10 minutes to get my order, but since the restaurant is rarely busy, I understand why they might only have one person working during the afternoon. The subs are no longer $5, but they weren’t too expensive—around $7 each. Parking was easy, with plenty of open spots, and the location is quite accessible.
We love this place ! Very small but so clean and it is a fast food on a health side ... Great parking in lot .
This is a fantastic rest stop on Route 128 North, just after exit 19 heading towards Gloucester, MA. It offers gas, shops, restaurants, and clean restrooms. There are plenty of seating options for large groups. Personally, I prefer the subway, but if you're in the mood for coffee or a burger, this is definitely the spot to stop. Enjoy your visit, and I hope you leave satisfied!
