She offers a variety of vegan options and places importance on being eco-friendly and ethical when creating her delicious dishes. We tried a variety of treats including cakes, cookies, snickerdoodles, breakfast cookies (perfect for hiking!), biscotti, and truffles. Make sure to ask her about her farm and her dog – she'll surely charm you!

I feel like I have been blessed to see some of what goes on behind all the wholesale, farmers markets, public events and endless charity events. I have never met anyone more dedicated to all of her customers and who truly stands behind her purpose of supplying organic healthy products. I love to watch her in action but even more... the reactions of others when they first taste her pastries or even look at them and realize some are gluten free or dairy free or whatever it takes to complete an order! Kim Gregory puts her all into everything she does and it shows! Pure Pastry is the best!!
