Panera Bread - Beverly
Panera Bread
Description
Neighborhood bakery-cafe serves solid soups, sandwiches and a standout mac-and-cheese alongside healthier, protein-forward options favored by gym-goers. Service is fast, seating is spacious with ample outlets and reliable Wi‑Fi, making it a good work spot; bathrooms are clean and pastries plus a loyalty Sip Club add value. However, prices feel high for fast food, portions can be small, curbside pickup is unreliable, and staff consistency varies—occasionally rude or understaffed—so expect mixed experiences despite friendly front-of-house moments.

Feedback
The restaurant offers a spacious environment, plenty of power outlets, and satisfactory Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are clean. The Sip Club provides good value and the pastries are enjoyable. The meal options are typical of Panera, featuring small portions and average flavor; however, there are several other dining options in the vicinity.
I had a wonderful time at the restaurant; the food, service, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I forgot my phone and called to see if they had found it. Luckily, they did! I couldn't pick it up until the following morning, but when I arrived, Marlene, the staff member who had my phone, had charged it to 100%. Marlene is friendly, welcoming, and honest, making her a true asset to Panera. Thank you, Marlene!
Terrible experience... I just paid an outrageous amount for lunch that was very disappointing. The customer service from the kitchen staff was awful. My daughter's grilled cheese was burnt, and when I asked for a replacement, they were rude. I won't be coming back.
I wouldn't recommend ordering curbside pickup, as they don't actually bring it out. This has happened to me 2-3 times, so I feel a review is warranted. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes after notifying them I was there with the email I received. Eventually, I just went inside and picked up my food from the "rapid pick-up" area. Interestingly, the label on my food also said curbside pickup, so I'm not sure why it ended up there.
