Unfortunately, I forgot my phone and called to see if the... read more I had a wonderful time at the restaurant; the food, service, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I forgot my phone and called to see if they had found it. Luckily, they did! I couldn't pick it up until the following morning, but when I arrived, Marlene, the staff member who had my phone, had charged it to 100%. Marlene is friendly, welcoming, and honest, making her a true asset to Panera. Thank you, Marlene!

I just paid an outrageous amount for lunch that was very disappointing. The customer service from the kitchen staff was awful. My daughter's grilled cheese was burnt, and when I asked for a replacement, they were rude. I won't be coming back.
