Make sure to request a receipt from the cashier and double-check your change. They tend to take a tip for themselves. Also, inspect your bag for any missing items before you leave.

Bought a spicy mccrispy meal and some other things a few weeks ago. Got home. My 7$ sandwich was missing. I ordered from the app and couldn’t get a refund and I called the store. They said I could get a new one next time no problem because they couldn’t give me a refund as it was ordered on the app. Today I go to get my seven dollar sandwich as well as some other ordered items and I’m questioned on who the managers name was etc. etc. and they said they’d give it to me anyways After treating me like I’m trying to rip them off as I just spent another $20.Guess what….i didn’t get it. I’m still owed 7$ sandwich.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other location in Beverly. I placed a mobile order and provided the code at the drive-thru, but they responded with "we don’t have it." When I drove up to the window to show my receipt, they still hadn't prepared my order and didn’t offer a refund. The staff seemed confused and didn’t appear to care at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, but it will definitely be my last visit to this location.

No straw for the drink, burger bun was soggy with grease, ordered a large and got a medium. Come on now get it together. It's not a hard job and the staff act like they don't know what they're doing.
