I placed a mobile order and provided the code at the drive-thru, but they said they couldn't find it. I drove to the window to show my order receipt, but they still hadn't prepared it and didn’t offer a refund. The staff seemed incoherent or simply indifferent. This isn't the first time I’ve had this issue, but it will definitely be my last visit to this location.
