Was User at McDonald's a mag?
During our recent visit to the area, we stopped by this restaurant for a quick breakfast on our way home. The service was prompt, the food was tasty, and we always enjoy McDonald's coffee, so that was a bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stop here again if we're in the area. Plus, the Wi-Fi worked wonderfully. Five stars! View all feedback.

Bought a spicy mccrispy meal and some other things a few weeks ago. Got home. My 7$ sandwich was missing. I ordered from the app and couldn’t get a refund and I called the store. They said I could get a new one next time no problem because they couldn’t give me a refund as it was ordered on the app. Today I go to get my seven dollar sandwich as well as some other ordered items and I’m questioned on who the managers n... Make sure to request a receipt from the cashier and double-check your change. They tend to take a tip for themselves. Also, inspect your bag for any missing items before you leave.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other location in Beverly. I placed a mobile order and provided the code at the drive-thru, but they responded with "we don’t have it." When I drove up to the window to show my receipt, they still hadn't prepared my order and didn’t offer a refund. The staff seemed confused and didn’t appear to care at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, but it will definitely be my last visit to this location.
Wrong order and refused to refund honestly unbelievable. This isn’t a 3rd world country educate your employees.
