However, today I tried to make a s... read more I’ve lost my respect for this store. I come here every day and usually have no problems, as it’s just a package store, right? However, today I tried to make a split payment, and although money was deducted from my card, I was told the transaction didn’t go through. I checked with my bank, and the transaction was successful. The cashier printed out a void receipt showing he made $0.00 from the sale because the transaction was voided, yet he insisted it didn’t go through. Now I have to wait for my last $7 to clear up in transaction limbo. I won’t be coming back to this incompetent store again. It’s disappointing because I enjoy seeing everyone else here during my day.

The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable; he really knows his stuff. While it’s a small store, the selection is impressive! There’s also another location on 1A in Hamilton, which is equally outstanding!

I have visited this place before and have been able to buy items with no problem, but sometimes they will not accept it. It can be confusing and unpredictable.

Now, today I have made a shared payment and money was taken off my card, I said it did not go through. went to the bank my transaction went through and the man behind the register printed my empty recipients that he made 0.00 out of sale because it was not deleted and tried to tell me that it did not go through now I wait until my last 7 dollar to float in transaction room. will come back into these uncompetent loading, sad because all others will enjoy throughout to see during my day.
