The customer service was excellent, and the establishment was clean and well-maintained. The device provided a complete menu when opened; however, many items were often unavailable at that time.

I visited Dunks today and I want to express how incredibly kind the man in the drive-thru was. His positivity and warmth truly brightened my day. Although I don't know his name, I hope he realizes the positive impact he had on me and others. We definitely need more people like him!
Every time I ask for extra ice. Literally have never gotten it once. And before you say, then don 't go there , I don 't. The one I go to is temporarily closed.Dunks as a chain is a disaster and the epitome of this country 's issues. Low effort and awful service, but it doesn 't matter when there 's no other competition. Why provide a good service when there are no consequences for providing a bad one.
The servers are very friendly. However, the place could use some cleaning as it often has a lot of flies. I've noticed that they frequently run low on donuts, which seems to be a trend at Dunkin' locations lately. As for parking, the lot is small, but there are usually enough spaces available.
