One attendant brought my coffee, accidentally spilled it, and then careless... read more If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff was incredibly rude to me. One attendant brought my coffee, accidentally spilled it, and then carelessly tossed the straws onto the counter before walking away. Another staff member approached me with the rest of my order, and her attitude was dismissive as she practically threw the items at me. When I asked for a drink holder, she simply hurled it onto the counter. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. They really need to train their employees on how to treat customers properly.

Location often times closed with shortage of staff, which is understandable but the online ordering system can be turned off to let customers know the location... read more Location often times closed with shortage of staff, which is understandable but the online ordering system can be turned off to let customers know the location is closed. I had been there twice already after placing mobile orders only to find the closeddoors. If anyone has had the same issue, you can call dunkin's customer service (from the app) and they will refund you.
