The first time, they forgot the flavor shots completely, and the second time, there just wasn’t enough flavor. Normally, it tastes great, but not recently. Additionally, I ordered two sausage patties for my sandwich but only received one, even though I paid for two. That's not fair. I don’t usually voice my complaints, but I expect my order to be correct, especially when I’ve paid extra for something I didn’t get. It seems like this location can be inconsistent.

They were out of coffee rolls, which is fine, but I requested a chocolate glazed donut and instead received a random piece of bread that I didn't order. If they had been out of chocolate donuts, that would be understandable, but I've had this issue multiple times when ordering from this location. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you want to avoid being disappointed.
