most people just want to be seen and say that I have been in wally’s in beverly hills. I had to wait for a drink, where the bartender flirts with women and made them dishes and as if he could not see me. After drinking, I tried to give him my credit card and the same thing I was ignored, later he came to me and to my table and tells me that he threw me out when I tried not to pay. I only go there for the food and the ambiance otherwise unfortunately service always and I mean always disappoints.
Beyond terrible service. Food was less than average. Waiter we’re the worst I’ve ever seen.
After making a reservation, we waited for over 30 minutes to be seated at a table. During this time, there were empty tables that had not been cleared. The service was slow and the host was impolite. Despite the delays, the food was delicious. However, the front of house staff did not provide much assistance throughout our dining experience.
The host is rude and unaccomodating. I don’t like the fact that they will not do any substitutions in chopped salad in other words, if you are vegetarian, they will not give you tomato instead of salami unless you pay for an addition. The bread is mediocre. Otherwise, it’s what you’d expect from LaScala good, dependable Italian food.
Chopped salad over priced, should include items such as tomatoes; bread should be served warm.
