I see a lot of negative reviews but I've always had a good experience at this location. I recently needed a last minute catering box so I called and they were able to have it made in 15 minutes which I appreciated. The only tricky part about this location is parking because it's on Beverly which can be hard to find parking on. View all feedback.

Delicious fresh sandwiches every time! Nice variety lettuce crisp never soggy. Bread so fresh.

Change your operating hours if you aren’t going to be open within your posted ones. Unfortunate to have to give 1 stars for this
