Wow! What a FUN night! We really enjoyed it! One thing though, make sure to request the cuts and meats you want for the “full” experience. You may not get every cut of the full 16 if you don’t ask. They just seem to bring out what they have ready. Maybe it’s because we came at 9:30pm… but they will make it fresh for you if you ask. Also, the desserts are not covered in the “16” cut experience, so just keep that in mi... View all feedback.
Marina (Manager) was always ensuring that everyone's needs were met. She was very welcoming as was the rest of the staff. Its also a very beautiful setting, especially at night. As for the food? 1 word...SUCCULENT.
Let me start off by saying the food is amazing . But what impressed me the most was the service and how kind and helpful the staff was from the get going . From the manager Marina to the gaucha Karina , Raymundo , Rafi , Davi and Frank the whole staffing truly amazing . Hands down the best restaurant in LA and I will def come back
This place was so magnificent ... I recommend this place for all the celebrations.???????
Kelle and Moises were fantastic. Experience felt like I was right back in Brazil. Highly recommended!
The experience at this location was extremely disappointing. Upon being seated, we waited approximately 7 to 8 minutes before anyone approached us to offer water. The waiter was quite rude and took his time fetching the water. The salad bar lacked variety. After finishing our salads, we waited over 10 minutes before I had to seek someone out to clear our plates and bring new ones for the meats. In contrast to our experiences in Texas, where we are promptly greeted and served drinks upon sitting down, here the service seemed markedly slower. Throughout our one and a half hour stay, we were served meat four times, with wait times ranging from 7 to 8 minutes between each serving. Despite clearly stating our dietary preferences against pork, two out of the four servings included pork. We received picanha once and garlic meat once. Due to the long waits between meat servings, I ended up filling up on bread and water. The final bill came to $180 for thin slices of meat and a disappointing salad bar selection. Based on this experience, I would advise against visiting this location.
