I would recommend avoiding this restaurant and finding one that serves well-cooked, decent food. The steak and chicken were both overcooked, and the service was lacking. It appears that management does not care about the quality of the food or service. Carluccios used to be a great restaurant, but since new ownership took over, it has declined rapidly.
The atmosphere was great and the staff was very attentive. The only downside was that when I ordered a tuna salad, it arrived without any tuna. We all found it amusing and had a good laugh.
The restaurant is excellent for dining with exceptional service.

I didn't eat here but it's always a pleasure to sit, enjoy a beer or a coffee. Staff are great, always a warm welcome
