Delicate dishes full of love like a maternal caress. They seem like traditional and balanced dishes, with a precise and not too risky gourmet touch. Everyone is very kind, it's like eating in the home of that family of well-mannered friends who care about treating you well. If I had to recommend a magical place, Serpillo is exactly this. Prices more than adequate. Welcoming, authentic, accurate, unusual, intimate. Well done.
